BIG-1150-EXT BIG MAX® Hydro Mechanical Grease Interceptor - Lid Extension

MIFAB® Series grease interceptor extension (Specify BIG-1150-44, 72 or 94) is used when the interceptor is installed below finished grade, raising the lid to floor or ground level for easy access and maintenance. The adjustable lid system includes a short corrugated (ADS) pipe with a gasket. For greater elevation, one or more lid extension pieces can be added between the interceptor body and lid. Extensions are often needed when the interceptor is buried and the inlet is lowered to match waste piping. MIFAB®’s patented system allows contractors to use either MIFAB® extensions or locally sourced ADS pipe to complete the installation quickly.
