MIFAB® H.D.P.E. sample port with corrugated ADS pipe extension to meet the finished grade. Complete with 20 7/8” diameter body and 4” no hub inlet and outlet connections. Ductile Iron pickable lid, H-20 rated, proof-load tested to 40,000 lbs. provides a water / gas tight seal. The lid is designed in accordance with the loading requirements of AASHTO H-20.
