Polymer Concrete Channels
Universal ClipFix grate fixing system: easy to install. ProFix used for Load Class F.

High strength (15,000 psi) polymer concrete.

Rails:

Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel or Ductile Iron Edge rails.

Load Rating:

Load Class A-F (200,000 lb. {900 Kn}). Operating Temperature: 180° operating temperature range.

Shallow Depth channels available in 4” and 8”.

Glass-Fiber Reinforced Polyester (GRP) Channels
Lightweight channels weigh 75% less than Polymer Concrete equivalents.
Material:

High strength and more stable than HDPE and polypropylene. Expands and contracts similar to the concrete encasement.

Rails:

Galvanized Steel or No Edge rails.

Load Rating:

Load Class A-E (135,000 lb. {600 Kn}).

Operating:

212° operating temperature range. Shallow Depth channels available in 4” and 8”.

Stainless Steel Channels
Available in long lengths for ease of installation and reduced joints.
Material:

16 gauge Type 304 Stainless Steel.

Load Rating:

Load Class A-E (135,000 lb. {600 Kn}).

Custom capabilities and discreet “Slot” style stainless steel drains available.
