Price Increase

MIFAB is announcing a 10% price increase on our C-PORT range of engineered recycled rubber roof top supports due to the increase in steel, rubber and transportation costs that we are experiencing.

the INT-2022-06 has a List Price increase range of 4% – 14% depending on the interceptor model and size. e new INT-2022-06 HDPE interceptor and acid neutralization tank product booklet goes into effect June 20, 2022 and replaces the INT-2022.

On June 13, 2022, MIFAB’s new NH-2022-06 Coupling Catalog goes into effect, replacing the existing NH-2022 Coupling Catalog. The NH-2022-06 is being printed and will be distributed soon.

MIFAB is announcing List Price increases for our Dialysis Boxes and Access Door products due to the increases in raw material and transportation costs that we are experiencing. These price increases also apply to all Net prices for these products.

The new TSP-2022 Trap Seal Primer product booklet goes into effect May 2, 2022 and replaces the existing TSP-2021-12. The List Price increase is approximately 7% and is reflective of our increased raw material, labor and transport costs for these products. All Net prices will also be increased by approximately 7%.

MIFAB has continued to experience significant increases in raw material and freight costs. We are doing are best to absorb as much of these cost increases as we can. Effective April 1, 2022, the List and Net Prices of the following products will be increased by the below noted % with the publication of their new product price books.

We continue to receive increased raw material and freight costs. In order to partially absorb these cost increases, our Coupling products List Prices will increase by 8%. On March 3, 2022, MIFAB’s new NH-2022 Coupling List Price Book goes into effect –replacing the existing NH-2021-10 Coupling List Price Book. The NH-2022 is being printed and will be distributed soon.

MIFAB is announcing a 10% Net Price increase for all of our POG-SW Series of Service
Weight Gaskets due to the increases in raw materials and transportation costs that we are experiencing. We will not be publishing a new catalog. The NH-2021-10 is still in effect.

The new INT-2022 H.D.P.E. interceptor and acid neutralization tank product booklet goes into effect January 1, 2022 and replaces the INT-2021. The INT-2022 has an approximate 7% List Price increase on our smaller interceptors and an approximate 2% List Price increase on the larger interceptors to offset the higher plastic resin and freight costs that we have experienced. The discount structure off of the INT-2022 List Prices remains the same as the discount structure for the INT-2021:

The discount structure for the TSP-2021-12 remains the same as the TSP-2021. All current quotations for the products in the TSP-2021 booklet will be honored until December 7, 2021. Effective December 8, 2021 the new List Prices of the TSP-2021-12 are in effect.
